Howdy all!
I am brand new to the forum. In fact I havent even purchased a steel yet! I joined the forum to try to get all my facts straight and all the advice I can get in order to "hit the ground running" (or atleast a swift walk! Winking But this isnt about that. I am trying to put a band togeather in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area and am desperately looking for a steeler to join me! I have played in a bluegrass/
country-rock band for 3 years. playing throughout GA, FLA, SC and AL. then I had to move to Dallas w/ work. But anyway I would really like to add a Pedal, lap steeler or Dobro player (and a fiddler too) Not concerned w/ age or gender or skill level. I just wanna make some MUSIC!! Can ANYONE help? -Brandon

I don't know, Brandon. It's pretty hard to find steel players in Texas.

Brandon,
You might try the Texas listings in the Online Steel Players' directory. I think the address is www.onlinesteelers.com
