Saw Gene at Lawn, Pa. tonight and he did a fine show with Corky on the Franklin. That
whole band plays really nice. And Corky is a
friendly fellow and very down to earth. Seems
most of the time, the really good players
are nice folks. Understand Connie Smith is
coming back to Lawn this year. Hope she still
has Johnnie with her. Regards TJH
