I gather from postings on the Forum over the years that everyone plays "A Way to Survive" at conventions. Since I haven't yet been able to attend any major conventions, I've really only heard the Ray Price recording. Therefore, I'd appreciate knowing if there's an instrumental-only recording available that's a "must have"

TIA

Don, Smiley Roberts wrote, recorded and had the first #1 million seller hit single with this song. You might ask him for a copy.

On Rob Parker's album, Sweet Memories, (I think), John Hughey will knock your socks off with his beautiful version of the song. He does the entire song as a turnaround. Unbelievable!
