On my Learning Series Site ( ClicTab ) I tought it would be fun to turn back the pages of time and do a song using the prevous Oahu learning method.
The arrangement hand written as per original was submitted to me from an Internet student, Mr. Richard Jakes. I have included MP3 with matching tab.
As noted in the preamble to the lesson I bought a set of standard guitar Martin Marquis Medium guage, put them on my Dobro and tuned A Major Low Bass.
You will find it at: http://www.clictab.com/royt/lesson_series.htm

To learn this tune is more difficult than learning E9th Pedal Steel IMO,,,so be ready for some work James.

Great tune ,Roy, I used to play it every night back in 1938, like a lot of other great hawaiian tunes. You do a masterful job on it!.....al
