Do any Steel-Builders use 3/4” wood, (Maple or even Walnut) nowadays, rather than Mica-Laminated 5/8” Wood? I'm l©©king for some Co. names, please. Thanks,

Hardrock maple is still the favorite of most builders.

Thanks for the Reply. What I'm l©©king for is one of the well-known builders to build a Custom T–10 Non-Pedal, Short (22½”) Scale, Original Sho-Bud Type Body, Steel w/wood-neck inserts. Thanks again,
