I've been using an e-machines desktop for my Band-In-A-Box play along tracks and would like to switch to a laptop so I can bring it to jamming sessions. I use a Kawai X-140D keyboard to input MIDI melody tracks, which uses a 15 pin cable. Had to install a Sound Blaster card on my desktop to get the 15 pin port, but I want to avoid messing with opening up a laptop if posible. Shopping around at my local Fry's, Staples, and other computer stores, I have not seen a laptop with a 15 pin port in it. Is there such an animal? Thanks
