I copied this definition from Dictionary.
I STILL DONT GET IT!!!
Of coarse I still play in a club that post a sign "No twisting on the dance floor".
Now that I understand.

I understand what they are. Just haven't figured out why anyone would want to spend their limited and irreplaceable time doing anything like that!
