Can anyone reccomend a good web site host? I'd like to put about 25MB of content out there and not have ridiculously low limits on the amount of transfer.

Road Runner offers free hosting at 4MB of storage and only allows 250MB per month of transfers.

I looked at VillagePhotos.com for just storing .jpg's and they are real reasonable, $25 year and no pop-ups. It would be nice to find the same quality of service for a web site provider.

My web host has starter accounts for only $4.95 a month, which includes 50 MB storage and 5 GB of monthly transfer, with FTP access, or Control Panel (CPanel) file transfers. They are located at www.prevo.net .

Bob, I have the whole web site already developed and running on my computer. With your provider would I be able to FTP my files to my account and run with that keeping the same subdirectories?

Never mind my above post. I read the site FAQ and technical details and it's all clearly explained. This is by far the best site I've seen for the money! It's hard to believe how high the storage and bandwidth limits are set and how economical it is to upgrade them. Thanks for the help!

Greg;
I am well situated with Prevonet. I have most of my client's websites hosted there as well. You get full CGI and PHP scripting, plus .htaccess overrides. I personally have the large hosting package, with 500 MB storage and huge monthly transfer allowances. If you get a package there contact me about any particulars you may need assistance with. I know the ins and outs of their servers.
