What is....... SAgent4?

My virus protector keeps on asking;
"Do you want SAgent4 to access the internet.?"

I click NO. I don't know what it is.

Wiz: Thanks for answering my question as well. I keep getting hpcmpexe.exe when I shut down. Hijackfree described it as malware free and a program to co-ordinate any HP stuff on the computer.

It also said do not delete unless you suspect a problem. So, it stays.
