Does anyone have a site or a collection of steel wave sounds for ringtones or media sounds for windows ("you've got mail")

I have a CD of pedal steel samples that would probably work. I'm not sure exactly what format cell phones need though. Do you? I think all of mine are just 16- or 24-bit wave files.
