How to post pics on Forum

How do I post pics on the Forum? I know how to post on Outlook Express etc., but the Forum? Any help would be appreciated. While you're helping me how are the music examples posted? Thanks. I'm only 77 and still learning.

The forum Help file gives the info on this. And it's been covered on this section many times (do a search). http://steelguitarforum.com/faq.html#picture

But, basically you must have a server where the picture is stored and then post a link to the picture.

BTW, Age has nothing to do with it - I'm retired, too.
