This feature has been around for a while, it's not something new as suggested by the (spam) e-mail warning about it that is currently circulating.

Also, you can do this on other sites and that have been around for years. Most of the telephone number search sites have a "reverse lookup" option that you enter the phone number and if it's not an unlisted/restricted number it will give you the persons name, address, etc.
