I use Nero CD Burning Software.
My selections to be recorded are wavs 44,100Hz,16 Bit Stereo. My problem is:
When I burn the CD it will play on the computer but not a regular remote CD player?
My Discs are Memorex Recordable 700MB CD-R
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I should add this:
When I was burning my disc was in
my top"D" Drive.
Maybe it has to be in the "E" Drive; the one
used most commonly for playback?

I tried the E Drive and the program rejects the E Drive for the burning process. |

Slow your recording speed down to 4or 8. Also check to make sure you finalize the cd. |

I am using the Nero Wizard which is
automatic. There are only about 4 clicks involved.
I am not prompted to finalize the CD. That is automatic as stated. |

Roy: Make sure that you are burning an audio CD and not a multi-session. Multi-sessions will do exactly as you say, they will not play on a regular cd player, but will play on your computer. That's just the way NERO does it. Also do not use the wizard, that's the worst thing you can do. [This message was edited by Michael Calaway on 27 November 2004 at 01:08 PM.] |

Just to finalize this thread I used the Nero software to burn without the Wizard and was given the option to burn at the lower speed setting as was suggested above. I had 23 of my numbers and it took much longer but who cares?
As I type this the CD is playing in an old player and it is just "geogeous".
I didn't know Roy could play so well!!
Thanks guys, y'all made my day.
I really appreciate this Forum and all the fine helpfull people.
