I just recieved the CD by Barney Isaacs and George Kuo, beautiful album, . Could someone help me out on this, just what does the term "SLACK KEY" mean . I recall as a youngster the black guitar players would tune their guitars down ,maybe an octave, so they done a lot of string bendinf, Boy it gave a real blusey sound to their music.I was wondering about the term slack key, Is it like that?
