I have a scanner that I can use to scan photos into file memory. How do I go about posting photo files on the BB, such as Buy and Sell.
Thanks

Check the buy and sell, b0b has a service he will provide (cheap) to post a picture, if you don't have someplace you can upload the picture to.
If you have a web page, with space to store or if you have a friend that has a web page and extra space you can upload the picture to the server and then just link it in your buy and sell ad.
The command to add, in your ad post is
(without the quotation marks)
""
That is how I linked my picture to this post.

Hello Everyone;
Here is a little tip that may help some of you out..I am going to show you how you can look at the link Jack used to post his picture..Scroll down to the picture of Jack sitting at his steel..Put your mouse pointer anywhere on the picture..Now; right click on your mouse;& a menu will pop up.Go down the menu to the bottom & left click on "Properties"..This will bring up a large box & look down until you come to " Address"..On this line you will see the URL he is talking about..I hope this helps some one out...Later..Ron |

Bill,
Simply put, you need a place to upload your files on the Internet. If you have web space somewhere, you can usually do it there.
If you have no web space, check out the Forum's PictureHost service at http://picturehost.net . This is a great way to store your photos without risking their disappearance in the near future. Plus, it's a great way to support the Forum. Any questions, just email me.
