Computer help advice needed Help!!!

I want to set up my own Home Page web site.I have one at www.angelfire.com but nothing on it yet as I don't have a clue how to start setting it up.What do I do to start setting it up? where do I start? how do I do it? any help would be very much appriciated.All I want to do is set a background up and a products list and some where I can post pics
and a links page and a place where I can put
animated images to use and put a title and Banner.Thanks in Advance Be kind help a computer Dummy today!!
