Does anyone out there know what brand of guitar this is?

I'm guessing it's a Kiesel, but all the other Kiesels I've seen have (or had) a painted fretboard. It's painfully obvious that the tuners aren't original ... and the knobs look like they came from something else.

Thanks --

It's a Rickenbacker Ace, minus the peghead logo, and with replacement knobs and tuners.
Great guitar.
