Suddenly my Hilton VP is operating at about half volume and the tone is very bassy. I have adjusted the volume control on the underside to full on and also there is no change when I adjust the tone control. Has anyone experienced this?

have you tried a different guitar cord(s)? A bad cord would give you that indication.

Jack,
Thank you for the reply. This happened suddenly at a job last evening and when I replaced the Hilton with my spare Goodrich 120, all was normal using the same cords. Maybe Keith will notice the post and have a solution. Thanks again.

Dave, contact Keith directly and he will solve the problem, and very quickly. My problem was similar, he replaced something in the pedal. He'll make it right.

David sounds like you need my help. I have been away on the road playing a big gospel show in Fayetteville, Arkansas. I will have to check your pedal out and find what is wrong. If you have had your pedal more than 90 days, send $12.00 return shipping. I doubt that repairs will cost anything for parts or labor. Send the pedal to: Keith Hilton 248 Laurel Road Ozark, Missouri 65721. Thanks for using my pedal.

Just a quick word on here about Keith and his service. I had a problem with my pedal and all total from home to there and back took maybe ten days. I just want to commend Keith for his promtness and his great service. Now if I could just get him to come to my show, hmmmmmmm

Ditto on Kieth's service. I had an intermittent problem with a new pedal. He didn't hesitate to senf me a replacement. Service like this is rare, and he has a great product...support him.
