I have an old rickenbacker tube amp from the sixties. It has 4 instrument inputs, but since I only use one, I was wondering can one of the inputs be fixed so I can use headphones to practice. Or would it ruin the value of the amp? Or is it possible?

I think you are looking at the wrong end. You need to tap into an outlet for headphones.
