I know this has been discussed but I was not interested at the time. Someone who is using this preamp tell me about it. What is the price? Thanks. Bill

Bill, (or anyone) feel free to call me or email me with any questions regarding the Rev Pre.

In a nutshell, the Revelation Tube Preamp is a hand built, all-tube, preamplifier designed to run clean for steel, bass, guitar, or other instruments, but was specifically designed for steel guitar. It has two loops on it. The first loop is instrument level for volume pedals and any guitar pedal type effect. The second loop is line-level for use with most rackmount multi-effects units. The EQ and general circuit is based around the classic Fender-type circuits of the '60s and '70s, however has the added feature of the "Color" control so you can accurately dial in the midrange voicing. This is something you can't do on your typical Alembic, Boogie, or Fender tonestack. The electronic components in the Rev Pre are extremely high quality and surpass other tube preamps on the market. It's a very warm and smooth sounding preamp.

They currently sell for $875 and the 3-wire input/VP harness is $35. Shipping is typically $20.

I've had my Revelation for almost 2 months, and I love it. Very clean sound and quiet from a noise standpoint. Brad was very helpful in getting me set up.

I've had mine for about 2 months now and the tone I now get is KILLER!!!!!!!!!!! I run it direct without cabs because we use in-ears and even the direct sound coming out of the FOH system is better than anything I've ever heard before. I think my wife is starting to get jealous of it though because when I come home from a gig she says all I talk about is how happy I am with my tone now. Seriously though this is the one piece of gear that you'll be glad you purchased. Brad has really created what I honestly believe will become the standard by which all other preamps are judged.
