Are any of you using this to steal licks? Happy with it? There are a lot for sale on eBay.

I recall a Marantz cassette player that was supposed to slow to 1/2 speed with no loss in pitch and be able to trap a note. I can't find anything on it.

I have three steel instructors, and each one of them highly suggested getting a Tascam. I was call to play a gig, and had about a week to learn all the intro's and turn arounds, could not have done it without the trainer. Great tool.

I think I'd go for some of the free programs on the Internet before investing that much money in something that will probably not get used much.
