I had one of these very briefly. It seems quite accurate for tuning straight-up to 440 but, it is not adequate for tuning a pedal steel.

Accuracy is +/- 1 cent. Some temperment charts include adjustments as fine as 1/2 cent.

The "440Hz" reading in the display is fixed to show the target frequency. It does not change "437, 438, 439, etc." as you approach the target. To record your beatless tuning or use a custom temperment chart you would need to eyeball the needle!

Also, I read (here) that a readout in cents is preferred. (over Hz)
