When I use back-up tracks in a small CD player into my Peavey amps, I just plug them into the second input in the front. The Steel King has only one instument input. I understand there is a way to use the pre-post eq. patch by going through a small mixer. Can anybody shed some light on this? How would I hook it up? Thanks, George

George, the thing to remember is: if you come out of the "pre amp out"(or effects send) of the Steel King to the input of a mixer, you must come back out of the mixer into the "power amp in"(or effects return) on the Steel King. In other words, you must run it in a loop. Plus you have to have a way to run your CD into the mixer,ie: using one channel, OR you can use the auxillary input on the mixer. Either way, you have to make a loop, or circuit.
