Wow !
That about sums it up for me. I talked to Mike Brown about my Session 400. Pulled the chassis and reveb pan and sent them to Meridian. It came back in quick time and sounds better than ever. This is one of the good ones with a JBL D-130 F speaker.
Also a new cover for my TNT 115 bass amp.
With service like this and a eye on our wants and needs you can't go wrong with this company.Way to go Mike and Peavey !!!.

I am curious as to how much time it took to get what you needed. Can you tell me?
I have been waiting for a response to my problem since Sept. 9th and that is the last I have heard anything, so I don't even know if anything will be done nor have I even given an answer to my problem.

Like Bud, I was having some problems with my original Session 400. Called Mike Brown, followed his shipping directions, then he walked it through the entire repair process and answered every question I asked. Couldn't be happier. It was back in 2-3 weeks.

Is Mike involved? If not he should be. He's the steel player / Peavey owner's best friend.

For those of you who have read this post, please do not assume that there is aproblem with Mike Brown or Peavey. We have a little communication difficulty and it probably stems from something to do with that now infamous "Katrina".
