My Dealer has had an order in for a year, and has not yet recieved any pedals. Are they that far behind? I ordered a back up for the one I bought from him 2 years ago. I think it is a great product, but if I can't get it, I'll have to look at the new Goodrich.

Have you tried ordering direct from Keith?

Herby Wallace advertises that he has them in Stock. Bobbe Seymour advertises he has them in stock.

No, I support my local Steel shop. He has gotten orders before. The pedal is the same price no matter who sells it. I think that is a great way for a manufacture to do business. I have bought products from Bobbe before, but prefer to buy from the local store who caters to Steel Guitar.

David, thanks for using my pedal. Yes, orders have been ahead of production. Please e-mail me your dealer's name. I will check my records and see if we can't get some product sent to your dealer. Sorry for the delay, and thanks again for using my product. Keith Hilton

How cool is it to have a thread about a piece of gear and have the manufacturer respond, and care what's going on? You don't see that often enough! Way to go, Keith. Killer pedals!

If you knew Keith Hilton personally,as I do, you would know he his is doing his best to satisfy everyone. I suspect Keith will have to get some help to keep up with the orders, since the pedal is becoming so popular. Keith is a outstanding gentleman.

I've known Keith for 25+ yrs. If you are experiencing any type of problem, it's best to contact him directly to get immediate customer satisfaction. He won't leave you stranded unless he's been hospitalized! Marines are always like that!

Hate to say it but if your local dealer is saying that he can't get product from Keith, you might want to stop supporting him and find someone else... Music stores that fake wait times are a cancer.

Thanks for all the kind words from everyone. I agree that it is best to support your local music store, if they support steel guitar equipment. I have got behind a little because of a lot of orders, and am trying to catch up. I don't want to job my product out to be built in China. I want it to be a product made in the USA. Yes, I go out of my way to help anyone who has a problem. I thought that was the way it was supposed to be. Another thing; Much of today's electronics is built to be thrown away and replaced if there is a problem. No one fixes a computer mother board, they get a new one. I wanted my electronics made to where they can be fixed if there is a problem. That is one reason I use IC sockets, where electronics can be worked on. I also have it where the entire circuit board can be replaced, if need be.
