Leon - That is a very old pedal that Goodrich made back in the 1970's. It does not have a pot in it. It has a couple of small light bulbs that shine on a photocell and control the volume. This type of pedal plugs directly into an AC source, no wall wart. Some consider them to be a bit on the dangerous side, since they are so old. In other words, there could be safety concerns when using these old pedals.

Leon:

I just saw one available on Ebay. If you do a search you'll see it. I don't know about its condition, seller, etc...just passing this on to you.

I had one of these pedals at one time. I sent it into Goodrich for some service work and they wouldn't return it to me because of the liability problems caused by the high voltage inherent with the pedal. They gave me a generous credit allowance on a new pedal.
