I,ve been told,you can plug a set of headphones into a profex11 for silent practice.If this is true where do you plug them in?

Unfortunately, not true. The Transtubefex is the only one with the headphone jack.

You could use a headphone amp, connecting the left and/or right outputs to it. Peavey made a nice one, I see them on Ebay on occassion. Also there are other brands of headphone amps available that should accept the line level (1 volt RMS) output from the Profex 2. Here is one for you:
