Alan...May be more economical to purchase a replacement unit rather than pay for the repair cost plus shipping both ways..There is an 'RV-3' presently for sale in my location, asking price is $80.00. It has been listed for a while however, so that figure may be a bit negotiable. I can either provide a link to the ad or contact the seller if you are interested.

The one I have is in mint condition, just doesn't work. Think I would like to have it fixed. I actually have two other units as well, so not really looking for another. This one has just been sitting in the box looking new for a while.

It is a simple matter to replace the switch, or the jacks, which most of the time is the problem. Also heavy handed battery changing can break the connector wiring.

Do you use a battery or a wall wart for power?

Send it to Boss USA for repair. I bought one in a pawn shop many years ago - it didn't work right - I sent it to Boss - they repaired it cheap - sent back and it works to this day.
