changing tubes in Ampeg SVT

When the pre-amp tubes become microphonic in the {top},pre-amp section,is it wise to replace the power tubes in the power amp section{bottom} as well,or can you change the pre-amp tubes in the top without having the bias readjusted for the power amp tubes?
Those 6550 power tubes are around$200.00 for a set of 6. Thanks in advance.

You can change preamp tubes without doing anything else to the amp.
