I have send 2 emails 2 and 3 days ago to Peavey in the States but I haven't heard anything yet.Maybe you can help me .
It concerns the pre gain potmeter with the pull bright switch in it. On the diagram it seems to be partnr 71190414
The problem is that the amp a Nashville 400 sometimes makes a lot of noise ( very loud ), but when I am messing around with the pre gain pot it goes away.
Also when I use the pull bright switch sometimes it makes a very loud clicking sound.
Can I use contactspray to clean it or should I replace it.
If it should be replaced what does it costs aproximately with airmailcosts and can I pay by creditcard.
Hope to hear from,
Sincerely,
Jack Hollenberg

Just received a message from Peavey USA with a possible solution.
I can try to clean the pot with a contactspray.
I am going to try this.

I just spoke with a tech and the pre gain pull pot for the Nashville is no longer manufactured. The best advice is to clean the pot with Cramolin R5 DeOxit contact cleaner/lubricant or Peavey Funk Out contact spray.
You can check with our distributor for the Netherlands, which I have listed below;
Peavey UK
Great Folds Rd.
Oakley Hay
Corby
Northants NN18 9ET
United Kingdom
phone; 44-1536-461234
e-mail; support@peavey-eu.com
Hope that this helps.
