My Session 500 has recently started loudly humming when you turn the reverb up. When you turn the reverb control all the way off, the hum stops. Is this a bad wire within the tank? Any ideas? Thanks in advance. Boo

I don't know how the reverb can is physically connected to your amp, but if it's anything like my Fender, make sure the connectors and the connecting cables are clean and free of any crud or corrosion.
Another thing to consider is the reverb control pot may have developed a dirty spot from not being moved for a long period of time. Try sweeping the pot back and forth over it's full range about twenty times and spray some Deoxit on the pot. That may clear it up.
