Mike, the band I work with feels the best way to cut steel stage volume is to cover the back of my Nashville 1000 with two large pieces of foam padding. I don't play loud, just some stages are small which means our guitar player stands some where behind my steel amp. My amp is up on a stand. Should I be concerned with any issues that may arise from covering the back of my amp?
