Yes they have PCB. This is actually not a bad thing. But it has been debated a million times. I can get around a PCB board just as easy as a point to point, so I don't see any real advantages or disavantages.
Usually the biggest issues are the quality of the components used in a reissue. I can't really speak of the components on this reissue, because I have not looked inside one. I only played through it.
Bottom line really is that sound great. Maybe better, maybe worse than an original, but I think it stood on its own merrits.
That was really the point of the post. This is a great sounding amp.
