I'm working on an a Peavey LTD 400. Can anyone tell me what the "booster" outlet is, and what it does.

It is an unbalanced output, tapped off the main speaker output and padded down with a resistor. It is a line level to drive another power amp or perhaps a line input to a mixer. Keep in mind it is unbalanced and can cause ground loop hum when connected to another unbalanced input.

Bill. if you need schematics let me know. I can send you the electronic files.
