Has anyone tried the GD Walker one rack space preamp with any setup other than Walker?

I have had one for several years that I play through Evans Amps. I have absolutely NO complaints. It has done a great job and I couldn't be more satisfied.

I have one in a rack with an Alesis Quadraverb and a 1000 watt Carvin Stereo amp. Also use 15" JBL speakers. Very clean and no noise.

I've owned my G.D.Walker S.S.Pre-Amp. since '94. I've never had any problems with it, and I always used it with several pairs of Peavey Amp. Power-Sections. (2) N–1000's, and (2) N–400 Limiteds. I still have it and my Alesis QuadraVerb+ which I am now using in conjunction with my newly acquired Teac A–2340 4–Track Reel-to-Reel, for making my home recordings as a hobby. “Big John”

I am using one with Lexicons into mixing board or into a Session 500 Power amp and a Fender Pro with JBL.
Nice

I think Skip would like the Fender Pro. Its modified with a JBL K130 and is great.I only use the power amp and speaker of the Sessions 500. Lucky they have wheels or the old man would leave them home, But since I have had heart surgery and can't lift, the young fellas carry them in for me. They are wonderful folks.

Thanks for all the responses. I bought the unit from Big John Bechtel and look forward to trying it next week.
