Goodrich LDR vol pedal

Is there any way to adjust the Goodrich LDR vol pedal like a pot pedal? I dont usually play with my pot pedal adjusted so its full off when back. This gives me the most throw when open. I'm not sure that I'm getting full on or are they all this way and what you get is designed into it to be full spectrum? Have I made my request clear? I want the most output from the throw. Thanks
