It says that you can leave it plugged in all the time? Will the bulb or anything else burn out? Thanks

If there's a 'bulb' inside, it's almost certainly an LED. Those last a long time. They're also much more shock resistant (and power efficient).

Prob'ly. After all, the manufacturer says so. But if you know you're going to go a few days without using it, it's still better to shut it off. IMHO.
