Mike, I just purchased my first Peavey Nashville 1000 used , but I have had many Peavey products over the years.
My question to you is, why is there no ground switch on this amp, is this a built in system or what?
I am also a singer while I play steel and really do not like to get bit because of grounding problems, is there a need to worry?
Thanks
Gene

If the AC outlet and every other device that requires a wall(AC) outlet is wired correctly, you don't need a ground switch. I advise that you purchase a polarity plug or ground monitor which is a device that indicates via LED's if the wall outlet is wired correctly before a product is plugged into it.
