Mike
I sent my NV-400 in for repair and to put in the Mod..I believe that I forgot to put my return address on the package and your people called the Mail-box place that I sent it from today.
All of the info re, my name and address and other info about what is wrong with the unit is inside the box with the chassis.

Jack, thanks for calling this morning and alerting me that you sent your amp through a third party packaging place like Mail Boxes Express.
For anyone who ships a chassis/amp to us for repair, make sure that if you send it through a "packer/shipper" type of service, that you make sure that the receiver(Peavey Electronics in this case)is aware of this. Otherwise, when the packer/shipper sends it to us we don't know who the original owner is. Ninety nine percent of the time, we receive products from these "packer/shipper" places without the original customers name.
