When I go from program to program the unit makes a buzzing like noise for a few seconds.
I've had it for 8 years and I hadn't used much lately so I don't remember when it started doing this. I've never replaced the battery so, could this be the cause. Thanks for any help. Tony

Tony, the Tubefex has motorized pots, so one of the pots may be noisey since the unit has been stored for awhile. Not much that you can do except have the pot replaced.

But just to make sure, reinitialize the unit by pressing and holding the DOWN and RIGHT arrow keys simultaneously and turning the power switch on. Release the two keys and the display should indicate that 'Initialized'. If this doesn't take care of the problem, then I invite you to send it to us for service.

Thanks Mike. I don't have a card so I might wait awhile before I restart it. If it doesn't get any better I'll be calling you. Thanks again and Happy Thanksgiving.
