Before I take the amp to a repair shop, does this sound like a major problem?

I can plug my Goodrich pedal into another amp and all is okay.

Terry, using a shielded guitar cable, try patching from the PREAMP OUT JACK to the POWER AMP IN jack on the rear panel. If the signal returns after completing this patch, the problem is that the POWER AMP IN jack is not switching properly. Otherwise, I advise that you allow a tech to benchcheck your amp.

If you need further assistance, you may contact me at 1-877-732-8391.
