What is the recommended spec's for steel guitar cables?

Neither guage nor impedance are specs you should really be interested in for guitar signal cable. Capacitance is an issue however. George L's and Bill Lawrence sell some great low-capacitance cable. The Monster cable is good too. So is Mogami and Canare. I use the George L's but want to try the new stuff from Bill.
