Mike, I don't know how to get hold of you so I will try this, I sent my profex to the repair dept. yesterday thru UPS I didnot like the way " Mailboxes" packed it but UPS said it had to be packed "professionally" I put "attn. Mike Brown", the note is attached to the outside of the carton...Bob...
