Hello again, Has or does anyone used the Hilton sustain box? Any thoughts? I'm looking for more sustain in my playing, any ideas, likes dislikes to what you are using. Second is I am now the proud owner of a leslie 122 speaker and am beginning the process to get it hooked up. I can't wait... I know I'm rubbing it in a little... but I can't help it..

I use the Hilton sustain unit and Hilton volume pedal. Using it with the pedal is not supposed to make a difference in the sound but there is no doubt that with my guitar and amp it does. The tone is just better. I don't know that it really increases the sustain though. That is probably more a function of the guitar, bar technique, strings, and volume pedal technique. Hope that this helps,
Byron

The Hilton Digital Sustain unit was designed to be used in conjunction with pot pedals.

The Hilton IR pedal contains the same pre-amp circuit as the digital sustain box.
