Session 400 setting

need input on settings for the old session 400 amp. (how do you set yours)

p= 11 o'clock to 2 o'clock
T= 11 o'clock to 2 o'clock
m= full off to 8 o'clock
s= 11 o'clock to 1 o'clock
b= 2 o'clock to full on
The shift and bass always seemed most crucial to me. If it's too boomy for the room I usually cut the shift back first. If still too boomy then cut the bass a little. I usually start with the bass full on and shift at 1 o'clock.
Since purchasing an old Furman PQ-3 I can fine tune from the rack.
