I saw some posts awhile back about owners of the Session 2000 and RC2000 (remote) had problems with the remote and also had some ground noise.

The ground noise were from the Peavey attacthment of the RC 2000 to the steel leg. A simple solution were to put a clamp like the Goodrich boxes have. Some call it the FABIAN MOD. Great idea and easy to do.

I have had a problem with my RC2000 display at times freezes. I can still work the buttons and the display of the amp showing what I do.

Here`s a little tip that may help:
I noticed that if I didn`t fully plug in the remote midi cable to the amp, I got rid of the problem.
Most likely a bad connection when it`s fully plugged in, I guess.
