Just got back from Portland, OR and a visit to the Sierra shop. Needed to get my old Crown Keyless up to snuff. Service was great, quality was outstanding and Tom will not let you out of the door until you are completely satisified with the results. More companies should take a lesson in customer relations from them. Thanks to Tom and the owners of Sierra.
