The is a follow up post for members who are considering buying a little headphone amp.

I use the ROLLS MX28 mini-mix VI which was recommended to me on the forum. Here is what is great about it:
- built like a tank with an all metal contruction.
- only 4" X 4" X 1.5"
- has a 12-16 volt DC plug so that you can use it in your RV while camping and also a wall-wart to plug into 115 volts.
- has six 1/4 inch input receptacles which makes three stereo inputs with level and panning controls.
- has two 1/4 inch output which makes one stereo output with a master level control.
- has two 1/4 inch stereo headphone jacks with level controls.
- only $69 US

I use it this way..... Plug the steel into one of the inputs and plug my little Emerson model HD7088 (another $69 at Walmart) MP-3 player from it's line output into one of the inputs. Now I'm ready to play through my headphones with tracks from the MP3 player. The output of the little mixer which is extremely clean can also drive a power amp for jamming with other musicians.
