I turned on my profex II yesterday and all that occurs is a message saying "parameters exceeded, auto correcting". It keeps saying this. What is going on? I don't have a card to reload the presets. Are the presets gone for good?

I found this link with a 'directory' of factory reset sequences for a variety of stuff. According to this, hold Play and Global keys while powering up.

A while back my Profex (original) was doing the same thing. I think it got scrambled during an on-stage power outage. When you scrolled through the patches, some of them had garbage characters and I got that same error message periodically. The factory patch reset sequence fixed it.

This restores the factory presets, anything you've modified is gone.
