I may have been suckered on ebay once again.
Does anyone know if they ever made a JBL volume pedal. Looking at the picture before I made the winning bid right on top was an oval JBL label ser# and all and looked right.
When I got the pedal looks like someone put it on when you look close. On the front of the pedal is a small toggle switch I havent hooked it up yet but did take the bottom off and it has a 9 volt batt. in it and the pedal works off the old gear system, and is a really neat looking pedal JBL or not I'm just trying to find out who made it.I'm 99% sure it is not JBL because the oval label on top of the pedal says L.A.Calif. and on the bottom which I know is original says Test devices corp 150 west pine st Long Beach NY.
On the left side of the pedal says inst, and on the right side it reads Amp so I'm trying to give all the info I can so maybe someone can tell me what I really have. Hope someone can help. Thanks

Bill, I have never seen or heard of a JBL pedal. I think someone just stuck a label on there, but it might not have been the seller. Next time, research the product BEFORE you buy, and DON'T buy something without checking on the FORUM first...lotta knowledge here!

I remember a pedal like that from the old days but for the life of me can't recall the name. Does it have a nylon gear set up ?
